"His enthusiasm very refreshing"
"In my view, the realty business really has only one product offering - service. During my recent relocation to the Green Bay area one service professionally really stood out." "The relocation was especially stressful for my wife, Pam, as she was moving away from her family for the first time. Before we saw our first house, Tom spent an afternoon getting to know us and understand what we were looking for in our new residence. Tom's approach immediately put us both at ease. The result was that he wasted very little of our time looking at properties that did not fit our plan". "In addition, he was extremely patient, showing us over 15 homes on the first day alone so we could get a feel for each community in the area and where the schools were located for our kindergartner. We repeated this process, what seems like at least a dozen times, before we found what we were looking for in De Pere. Throughout the entire ordeal we found his knowledge of the area and his enthusiasm very refreshing." "The clincher for me happened shortly after the closing. I was headed back to Ohio to get my family when I called Tom to ask him where I had to go to get the utilities set up in my name. Again, Tom went above and beyond the call of duty by telling me he would take care of the utility issues and recommended I concentrate on getting things back in Ohio taken care of." "In the future, I will not hesitate to refer my friends and business associates to Tom Monahan".

Accepting An Offer >Accepting An Offer
Your real estate agent has just brought you an offer on your home, and you want to think about it. You would like your agent to contact the other people who have shown an interest in your home. Whether your home has been listed for three days or three months, there is always a desire to hold out for a better offer, and sellers can feel considerable resistance to making a decision.
Some buyers will include in the offer a deadline for getting a response, but the seller should respond to an offer quickly even if a deadline is not specified. The interval between when an offer is submitted and when a response is made is a crucial period because the buyers are free to withdraw from the transaction during this time. Even though they are mentally landscaping your yard and arranging their things in your rooms, they may also be afraid that they will get the house, and are, therefore, extremely vulnerable to buyers' remorse.
